KESY establishes an Executive Committee consisting of:

a) The President as Chairman

b) The Deputy President as Alternate and

c) Three (3) members elected by the Plenary by secret ballot.

The Executive Committee suggests to the plenary topics for discussion and it is responsible for the implementation of options and decisions of the Plenary.

The Executive Committee for the promotion of its work, the fulfillment of the objectives of KE.S.Y. and implementation of the decisions of the Plenary, may establish special committees, councils and working groups which are set up by decision of the Minister of Health.
